Sulu State University proudly announces that it has achieved a VERY SATISFACTORY rating (4.05) in the FY 2025 Annual Performance Review (APR) conducted by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
This result reflects the university's strong performance in financial, physical, and income operations, as well as its commitment to timely and quality submission of reports for the period January to December 2025. The rating was affirmed following the APR Conference held on March 4, 2026.
Despite adjustments to the university's appropriations due to factors beyond its control, Sulu State University continues to demonstrate resilience, accountability, and excellence in public service.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the DBM for their guidance and evaluation, and to the leadership of Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, whose vision continues to drive institutional progress.
We also commend the Planning Office, Finance Office, and Accounting Office for their dedication, collaboration, and unwavering efforts in making this achievement possible.
